Massage and Body Oils

Body Oil

1-cup sweet almond oil
1/2-cup jojoba or hazelnut oil (or combo)
2-tablespoon apricot kernel oil
5-12 drops essential oil of choice
Combine the oils in a sealed bottle and gently turn it over several times to mix

Pregnancy Oil

1/2-cup sweet almond oil
1/2-cup apricot kernel oil
1/2-cup coconut oil
1/2-cup calendula oil
5-20 drops essential oil of choice (heed warnings about use on pregnant women) (optional)
Combine all the oils in a sealed bottle and turn it over several times to mix.  Rub the oil onto expanding areas twice daily and after bathing, applying in small amounts and rubbing until completely absorbed.  Guards against stretch marks.

Deep Tissue Massage Oil

1-cup sweet almond oil
3/4-cup apricot kernel oil
2/3-cup grape seed oil
2-tablespoon safflower oil
5-20 drops essential oil of choice (optional)
Combine the oils in a sealed bottle and gently turn it over several times to mix
