Hatching Times

Eggs should be kept in a cool place around 55-60 degrees until you are ready to place them in your incubator. Do not store your eggs for any longer than 10 days.  Store eggs with the small side down to protect the air sac.  Turn the eggs at least 3 times a day until the last 3 days (often called lockdown).  Try not to open the incubator at all during lockdown.  Lockdown is also when you should increase humidity 5-10% (to about 55%-60%).
